Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? We’ve compiled answers to the questions we receive most often.
What forms of identification do I need?
You must present a valid, government‑issued photo ID, such as a Texas driver’s license, state ID, U.S. passport, military ID or foreign passport. The ID must be current or issued within the last five years.
Can you notarize documents for minors?
Minors cannot personally acknowledge documents; a parent or guardian must appear for acknowledgment. However, minors may sign documents that simply require a witness. Contact us for guidance on your specific situation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve El Paso, TX and surrounding communities, including Horizon City, Socorro, San Elizario and Canutillo. For remote online notarization, we can assist clients anywhere in Texas.
Are your notaries certified?
Yes. All of our notaries are commissioned by the State of Texas, bonded and insured. They also hold additional certifications such as NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent when applicable.
Do you provide witnesses?
We can arrange for witnesses with advance notice. Please mention this request when booking your appointment so we can coordinate accordingly.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. For same‑day changes, please call us directly. Any deposit collected for a loan signing will be refunded if you cancel within the allowable window.
How do I prepare for remote online notarization?
Prior to your remote online session, ensure you have a working webcam and microphone, high‑speed internet and your valid ID ready. You’ll receive an email with a link to join a secure video conference for the notarization.
